We had a bountiful harvest from the garden which was lovely to have with dinner.
We enjoyed our Matariki tin can lanterns and toasted marshmallows over the little flames. We also tried s'mores for the first time. Yum!
Our littlest lady is finally done breastfeeding. Well, with some encouragement on my part! Right at the end, she was very used to quick 1 minute nursing sessions before bed. Having nursed one baby or another almost continuously for 9 years, this is a welcome season of life. What a journey it has been.
