On The Mend?

The little man slept well last night, and I'm hoping we're turning a corner. He was in better spirits and able to play. He asked to do "volcano", which essentially meant baking soda and vinegar play. One thing led to another and.... Well I'll let the pictures speak for themselves:

There was a fair bit of clean up to do after, a large part of which involved pink bathtub water.

He ate and drank a little more than he did yesterday. He also seemed much more keen to have something other than yoghurt, smoothie or ice blocks. So determined, that he slurped his entire dinner of udon soup through a bubble tea straw. Success!

That's one determined little fellow right there.

Getting the children involved in craft to prepare for St Patrick's Day on Friday.

School's closed tomorrow as primary and secondary teachers will be going on strike. It's a pity that this country hasn't recognised how valuable teachers are and that this needs to happen regularly for them to be given better working conditions.
