We made a day trip to Parakai to soak in the geothermal hot pools of Palm Springs Complex. It's one of the best winter activities! We made a packed lunch, herded everyone into the car and set off for the 55 minute drive there.
We were all pretty spent after, but it was a day that was enjoyed by all.
