Hello, Hamilton!

Packing for a trip is, for me, the hardest part. I was relieved to get out of the house this morning, bags neatly packed in the boot of the car. We attended Mass, then hit the road for Hamilton. 

We caught up with our friends, the Maranons, who moved to Hamilton last year, bought their first home and are expecting their second little one at the end of the year. It was soooo good to see them again! Our little man and their little girl played like no time had passed since their last meetup. 

A hot shower back at our motel was a much needed break after a long, long day. Being on holiday is a different kind of exhausting, but it's been off to a good start so far.
